RETURNS
BOAT & DIVE ADVENTURE REFUNDS
Returned items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in the original packaging and in the condition it was sold in. Items returned due to manufacturer defect will need to be returned with original packaging.
All Dive Adventures that include dive boats have a cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by the boat operator due to weather or mechanical issues. Some Dive Adventures that involve travel do carry a 30 day cancelation policy as noted in their FAQ's and fine print sections. It is strongly recommended that all divers obtain DAN Travel Insurance.
CLASSES
All Classes with the exception of alI eLearning Courses do not expire. Therefor all classes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Rental Equipment - Returned unused rental equipment is non-refundable. Rental equipment that is returned after i't due date is subject to daily late fees equivalent to the daily rental rate. Rental equipment not returned within 10 days of it's return will be charged at the full retail rate.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Order Items - are not returnable except for manufacturer defect. Items will need to be returned with the original packaging.
DELIVERY FEE
Delivery Fees - Will be applied in the amount of $25 each way for taking rental equipment either to a dive/class location or retuning it to the store.
GENERAL REFUNDS
Credit/Debit card refunds will be credited back to the original card the item was purchased with. Cash refunds over $100 will be made via check through US Mail within 30 days of return.
SERVICE ITEMS
All items left for service are expected to be picked up within 14 days of notification that the item is ready for pick up. Unpaid items left in the store for fills, inspections and hydro testing and service items that are left beyond 30 days will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
